Project Objectives : Mobilise the synergy achieved from the "Community-Business-Government" collaboration model to provide a social platform within the community, so as to give local people the opportunity to learn more about the cultures of ethnic minorities, foster reciprocity and promote social inclusion.


Critical Success Factor

The project has been vertically bridging families, neighbours and communities with different ethnic backgrounds and horizontally linking up different sectors, for example religious and educational institutions to build up a multi-national social capital network. Its features include providing placement scheme to ethnic minority youths, offering local enterprises training on cultural sensitivity to, setting up a cross-racial cricket team and organising cultural tours. Its activities have often been reported by the mass media.
