What’s New

Application Procedures

Please note that applications must be submitted in the specified application form. Completed application forms with supporting documents should be sent to the following address in person/by post:

Documents to be attached

  • The declaration in section 6 is signed by the Chairperson or Head of your organisation;
  • The original plus 2 copies of the completed application form;
  • A disk copy of the completed application form;
  • Copies of organisation registration document under the ordinance(s);
  • A set of the latest year audited accounts or certified management accounts;
  • The completed form of "Disclosure of Conflict of Interests by the Project with Key Collaborators" (Annex 3); and
  • Attachments or supplementary information of the Project (if any).

Result of applications

Provided that all the information received are complete and accurate, the applicants would be informed of the results within 6 months from the closing date for applications.


Signing the Conditions of Grant (CoG) and project commencement

All applicants of approved project have to sign the Conditions of Grant (CoG) and commence the project within eight months after the issue of the notification letter; otherwise it will be regarded as lapsed. However, special consideration could be granted on individual merits.
