Project Objectives | : | Mobilise the resources and leverage on various expertise of the partners in the "Community-Business-Government" collaboration model, to provide one-stop ‘Life Navigation’ and ‘Job Training and Employment’ services for the youth. Motivate cross-sectoral volunteers to be "Life Mentor" of the youth, and assist them in life plan through the "Mentor-Mentee" networking developed. |
Critical Success Factor
The project teams have promoted collaboration among the community, business, the Government and schools, and successfully built a mutual support network with assistance from the Ocean Park, HKU Space, Hong Kong Young Chefs Club, Police Volunteer Services Corp(Wanchai) and H.K.U Master of Social Sciences (Counselling) Alumni Association to provide non-engaged youths with all-round training and development. This has created a strong base for supporting the youth to reintegrate into the society.
