Mr. Chia has been generous in passing on his professional knowledge and exploring placement and job opportunities for a group of social withdrawn youths participating in the CIIF-funded project. He also mobilised his colleagues from different departments for being mentors of the youths to provide on-job guidance which led them to pave a way back to the society.
