Critical Success Factor

Mr. Steven Chan has participated in the "Caring Estates in Southern District" project for 10 years with dedicated commitment. As the Chairman of the Yue Kwong Chuen Mutual Aid Committee (MAC), he has mobilised other committee members and residents to join in the project to build a neighbourhood mutual help network whilst enhanced the role and function of MAC. He served as a house captain and hosted many talks on home safety utilising his engineering professionalism. Also, he has actively promoted house captain model and facilitated knowledge and experience transfer to the wider community, through sharing at talks, briefing sessions, house captain training workshops, media interviews, training of "little house captains", etc. He is a key person for the development of house captain campaign.
