CIIF’s 39^th Batch Application Briefing

The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau will accept the 39th batch application from 1 December 2025 to 2 February 2026 (5 p.m.). Please click here for more application details.

The CIIF will organise a briefing on 11 December 2025 (Thursday) to share the practical experience in building up social capital and introduce the arrangement for this batch's application.

Organisations interested in applying the fund or learning about social capital development projects are welcome to enrol. Details are as follows:

Time:	2:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Registration will start at 1:45 p.m.)
Venue:	Y Theatre, Youth Square, 238 Chai Wan Road, Chai Wan, Hong Kong (Chai Wan MTR station, Exit A or E, via footbridge)
Content:	Concept of social capital Arrangement for the 39th batch application and key points Practical experience in building up social capital (Guest speakers: representatives of the CIIF-funded project teams) Community Care and Watch (Guest speakers: representatives of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited) Well-being design for housing estates (Guest speaker: representative of Housing Department)

Owing to the limited seats, enrolment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The CIIF Secretariat will send a confirmation email to successful registrants on or before 10 December 2025 (Wednesday).
