CIIF’s 39th Batch Application Briefing
The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) accepts application for the 39th batch from 1 December 2025 to 2 February 2026 (5 p.m). Please click here for more details.
To enhance the understanding of social capital development projects for organisations interested in applying the fund or those with a general interest, a briefing was held on 11 December 2025 introducing in details the arrangements and key issues for this batch’s CIIF application. Representatives from CLP Power Hong Kong Limited and Housing Department were invited to share how they leverage their expertise and resources to address the needs of the community and to build a “well-being community”. Representatives from CIIF-funded project teams also shared their successful experience of building up social capital in the community.
The briefing was well received, attracting almost 450 attendees from diverse sectors.

Ms Pauline LEUNG, Assistant Manager of Innovation & Product Management of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, shared the idea and achievements of CLP’s “Community Watch & Care Service Pilot Programme”.
Dr Tim LI, Chief Architect of Housing Department, shared how “Well • being Design Guide” conceives and designs the public housing estates in Hong Kong from hardware-level, enhancing the sense of well-being and belonging of the residents.
Ms Raina NG, Senior Executive Officer of the CIIF Secretariat, introduced the concept of social capital and the work of CIIF.
