CIIF’s 37th Batch Application and Talk on Social Capital
The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF)’s 37th Batch Application was closed on 31 January 2024.
To enhance interested applicants’ understanding of social capital development projects, the CIIF held a talk on 15 December 2023 (Friday), sharing the concept and practice of social capital. The talk was attended by close to 200 participants.
Event Highlights
Mr Wilson SHUM, BBS, JP, Vice-chairman of the CIIF Committee, delivered a welcome speech.
Professor Terry LUM, Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong, introduced the concept of social capital.
Funded project team “Link UP Tsing Yi Island” shared their experience.
Ms. Ivy WONG, Assistant Secretary General (Project Management) of the CIIF Secretariat, briefly introduced the CIIF fund application.
