Critical Success Factor

The Director of the College has mobilised the active participation of staff and students of higher diplomas and associate degrees in the project, whereby training courses of accounting and food service management have been provided to non-engaged youths. The staff and students of the College have developed mutual trust relationship with the non-engaged youths while the solidarity of staff and students has been enhanced. The College has made much effort in linking up collaborators of the commercial sector to promote the acceptance of the non-engaged youths and provide placement opportunities for them.
