Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth
The Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth (“MSSY”) is launched to provide more opportunities for young people to participate in policy discussion. People aged between 18 and 35 are invited to self-nominate to become members of Community Investment and Inclusion Fund Committee through the MSSY.
CIIF Committee will offer two seats for the MSSY. Subject to the actual number of applications received, we expect that the recruitment exercise would be completed in the last quarter of this year.
Assessment Criteria
In the assessment process, we will consider whether the applicant meets the following three conditions –
a. strong commitment to serve the community;
b. good understanding of the policy area concerned; and
c. good analytical and communication skills.
