CIIF Committee,for being awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS)

The CIIF Committee would like to extend their warmest congratulations to Mr Yeung Ka-sing for being awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Chief Executive in 2012 Honours List. The Chief Executive commended Mr Yeung for his distinguished public and community services, particularly his sterling contribution to leading the Hong Kong Housing Society (HS) to provide quality and affordable housing to meet the ever-changing needs of the community.

Under the facilitation of Mr Yeung, HS has proactively collaborated with many community stakeholders, notably in the integration of effective social capital strategies into housing management where the reciprocity has sustained our community empowerment, caring neighbourhood and harmonious ambience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Yeung for his leadership in the CIIF, sparing no effort in promoting the CIIF work and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration over the years.
