On evidence-based approach, CIIF assessment tools are introduced.

The CIIF has finalised two assessment tools, namely "Social Capital Scale" and "Questionnaire on Sustainable Development of Social Capital Development", with guidelines. In this connection, the CIIF Secretariat conducted a workshop on 6 June 2013 to enhance project teams’ understanding of the requirements on four assessment areas:

Social Capital Outcomes;
Specific Objectives for Meeting Community Needs;
Achievement of Objectives for Individual Programme/Activity; and
Sustainable Development Plan of the Project after Funding Period.

The assessment tools have been adopted by Project Teams since 1 July 2013. The CIIF Secretariat will provide support in data input and analysis correspondingly.
