Picture Book “The Caring Ten: An Invisible ‘Camera for Emotions’” Storytelling Workshops
To further promote the CIIF’s 6th picture book, The Caring Ten: An Invisible “Camera for Emotions”, the CIIF organised a total of four storytelling workshops on 27 June and 11 July 2026 respectively, with over 270 children and parents participated. A veteran children’s programme host, Harry, was invited to conduct the storytelling, joyful games, and creative crafts. The activities were well received.
Through these workshops, the CIIF is able to connect the members of the public directly, nurture children’s empathy and mutual support in a relaxed and engaging way, encourage them to be more mindful of others’ emotions and needs, as well as integrate social capital into their daily lives. We hope that the participating children and parents would become "Social Capital Ambassadors", bringing the spirit of mutual support to their families, friends and classmates, and allowing the warmth of human connection to keep spreading farther and wider.
