Project Objectives	:	The integrated power generated from the cross-sectoral collaboration model provides training matching for the youths’ interest and motivates them to move forward. With the networking power, it has successfully assisted the youths to return to the society.

Critical Success Factor

The project has established a studio as a platform to provide young people with professional training on make-up and photography. The collaborators of the project have provided training, placement and job opportunities to the youth, with free promotion of the studio at its website and strategic views on its operation. After the end of funding period, the project continues to operate on a self-financed basis.
