Project Objectives | : | The Project organises a group of under-employment renovation masters who utilises their professional knowledge to assist the needy to make good of their houses and run classes without charge. This enables masters to restore their confidence by giving full play to their strengths. Masters complement one another with their different expertise and jointly create job opportunities. |
Critical Success Factor
The project has connected more than 30 local organisations under social capital strategy to forge a mutual support network of renovation workers. The volunteers have helped families in need to improve their living environment and taught residents renovation skills. The project has also promoted the employment opportunities and further studies of renovation workers. After the end of funding period, the project continues to operate on a self-financed basis.
