Critical Success Factor
The project is the first flagship project co-organised by the welfare and education sectors. Combining their strengths and professionalism, participating social workers and kindergarten teachers have encouraged parents to develop a support network. With the support of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the successful factors and experiences of the project have been studied and summarised in an educational kit, which can be a demonstrable teaching kit for disseminating the message of social capital to other kindergartens and primary schools in Tin Shui Wai district.
