Project Objectives : Mobilise and motivate elders to build a cross-generational mutual help network within the community. Establish various service teams to address community needs and realise the goal of ‘Sense of Worthiness’ and ‘Spirit of Social Inclusion".


Critical Success Factor

The project has established the "Elderly Shop" where elderly volunteers can occupy various posts such as shopkeepers, soup deliverers and promoters. The project has been operating even after the end of funding period in 2007, with a plan to change the Shop into a social enterprise.
