The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) Forum 2018 – Social Capital as a Solution
Concurrent Session 1

Networking in Place, Ageing with Grace

All sectors of our society are committed to promoting ageing in place. While the elderly need the care of their family members and friends, the support from their neighbours and the seamless collaboration among cross-sectoral partners are equally important. Speakers will share their experience of successfully built up neighbourhood support networks for the elderly through utilising the cross-sectoral and cross-professional collaborative models, and show how technology can be applied to the building of an elderly-friendly home environment so as to realise the vision of enabling our elderly to enjoy their twilight years gracefully and meaningfully in the community.
