Critical Success Factor

Dr. Ting has been a keen partner of the CIIF since its establishment in 2002. With her academic background and keen interest in social capital development, Dr. Ting has designed courses for social capital concept and practice at PolyU, who was a core member of the CIIF Evaluation Consortium formed in 2006 to conduct research on social capital and subsequently the Tin Shui Wai Evaluation Study in 2011. She has also actively promoted the concept of social capital through a variety of channels, including CIIF training workshops and presentations. Her contribution in facilitating knowledge transfer, in particular introducing evaluation tools and sustainability concepts to project teams, is significant, which has increased social capital outcomes in Hong Kong.
