設立資料庫的目的在便利將各界人士對社會資本的有關經驗及心得積累起來。 這是一個小的開始，盼望各界賢慧，不吝賜教，提供有關「社會資本」的資料或文獻，
並歡迎與秘書處聯絡，踴躍提供意見。
