Do you intend to connect various stakeholders in the community to build community support networks and social capital for these familiesˇH

First Step You are invited to attend the Briefing Session on CIIF 17th Batch Application. Representatives of any bodies and collaborative organisations which are going to submit other proposals with the objective and strategy of social capital building are also welcome.

Hong Kong Space Museum Lecture Hall, Tsim Sha Tsui Multi-perspective analysis and sharing experience include:

Academics will analyse the new model of rehabilitation service integrated with social capital strategy;

Project teams will share their practical experience in and views on the medical-welfare-community collaboration and ˇ§One Estate, One Nurseˇ¨ approach;

Seminar among carers, frontline rehabilitation service staff as well as medical and nursing bodies will be held to explore new model of service and opportunities for collaboration;
-
The CIIF will brief on the application procedures, salient points and assessment criteria.
